Methods
Of Payment
Credit Cards - We
accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card
will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to
shipment. Shipping charges will be added to your order for the exact cost
of shipping. Please make sure that you enter the same exact billing
address and telephone number that your credit card company has on record for
your account to avoid delays in processing your order. All prices are in
U.S. Dollars.
E-Checks - We accept E-Checks.
Shipping charges will be added to your order

PayPal - We accept PayPal.
Shipping charges will be added to your order for the exact cost of shipping.
Shipments will be forwarded after deposit is confirmed in our account, this may
take an additional day to process. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Cashiers Checks & Money Orders
- We accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. These orders must be
phoned into our Order Desk at 707-781-3062 during normal business hours.
Shipments will be forwarded after receipt of funds from customer.
Sorry, we currently do not accept
personal checks, purchase orders or C.O.D orders.
Shipping
We offer same day shipping that is
typically available on in-stock items for most orders received before 3:00 PM
EST (12:00 Noon Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or
legal holidays. Please ensure that you enter the same exact billing
address and telephone number that your credit card company has on file for your
account to avoid delays in processing your order. There will be an
automatic charge of $30 to your credit card account on any refused shipment.
UPS Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day or Ground shipping is
available. Some items must be shipped by truck due to size or
weight restrictions (items over 150 lbs. or exceeding UPS size restrictions).
All truck shipment charges will be C.O.D. and collected at time of delivery.
There is an additional charge for hazardous materials shipped via UPS Ground
(hazardous materials can not be shipped by air). These products are
clearly noted in product descriptions.
Shipping Charges are calculated
based on UPS Ground charges based on product approximate weight and size
of each product and the destination of the shipment. Due to the infinite
number of combinations possible on an order, the wide variety of sizes and
weights of products, and multiple packages or shipments it is impossible to
calculate freight charges of every shipment accurately in advance. We have
taken every possible step to calculate these charges accurately to bring you the
convenience of knowing your shipping charges when placing your
order.
Occasionally, additional shipping
and handling fees may apply to multiple packages and / or shipments, special
orders, large (UPS Oversize) or heavy items. A few of our products are too
large to ship UPS and have to be shipped via a motor freight carrier.
These products are clearly designated with "MUST SHIP BY TRUCK"
throughout our web store. NOTE:
IF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR MOTOR FREIGHT CHARGES ARE INCURRED THEY WILL
BE BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED! IF YOU
HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL US!
If additional shipping
charges or motor freight charges are incurred, you will receive a
separate invoice via e-mail once your order has shipped for actual
additional shipping charges or motor freight charges.
We never mark up these additional shipping charges, you will
only pay the exact additional amount we pay to the shipper!
Most shipping charges are billed within five business days of
shipment, but occasionally charges may take up to two weeks to appear
on your credit card statement. By submitting this purchase order
you have authorized C & C Racing to bill your credit card for any
additional shipping charges.
Items designated in the product description as "Special Order" may be subject to
a nominal drop ship charge (usually between $5-$10) these products are clearly
marked in the product description. Any products designated at "UPS
Hazardous Materials Charge" are subject to additional UPS shipping charges.
These products are clearly designated in the product descriptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, but we can not deliver to P.O. Boxes!
We ship only within the United
States at this time.

1-5 business days
Transit times
vary from our various warehouses. Most orders ship from our Michigan
warehouse. We also ship from several other warehouses in Texas, Tennessee,
Missouri, New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina and California.
Use the following guidelines for
typical transit times for shipments from our Michigan warehouse (other locations
vary):

product shipped by 6:00 p.m. EST will arrive by noon the next day in most areas
of the continental United States, metro Hawaii and metro Alaska.
Online Shipment Tracking -
Simply log into your account at pitstopusa.com and
you can track your shipment. Simply click the link "Review Order Status
and History" and click on the "Track" button. There you will find the
tracking information and status of your order. Simply click on this number
to track your shipment online, or call UPS at
1-800-PICK UPS. To track your UPS shipment online, log in to
http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
Damaged Shipments - If you
received a damaged shipment from UPS, please call UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS
(1-800-742-5877) and request a Damage Inspection.
Returns
Product returns on non-defective,
unused products are available within the first thirty (30) days after the
invoice date. Your credit card will be refunded for the full purchase
price plus sales tax (if applicable). A $5 processing fee will be applied
to all non-defective returns. All non-defective returns are
subject to a 15% restocking charge. Before returning any item you must
submit a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) e mail for approval. An RMA
(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number for the merchandise you wish to return
will be forwarded to you via your e mail address.
All merchandise to be returned must
be accompanied by an RMA number and be in its original packaging. The
product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from it's original state.
Merchandise must be returned in "new, unused" condition, in original
packaging (in re-saleable condition) and with all instructions, manuals,
warranty cards and accessories. Any merchandise returned that does not
meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional $25 handling fee or
refusal.
A separate RMA number is required
for each part that is to be returned. The item and RMA number must match
for the return to be accepted. Absolutely no returns will be accepted
without a valid RMA number. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts
are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it is
determined the part is defective, we will either replace it or offer you a
refund (depending on warranty from each manufacturer). No refunds will be
given on shipping charges.
Sorry, we can not accept returns
on any opened computer software or consumable type products (brake fluid,
polishes, cleaners, etc.)
Please follow the following steps
when requesting your return to ensure prompt and processing and credit to your
account:

Contact us with a
Product Return Request
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

All merchandise to be returned
must be accompanied by an RMA number and in its original packaging.
The product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original
state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may
be subjected to an additional handling fee or refused.

You will receive an RMA number
via E Mail (or over the telephone if we can't reach you via e mail) with shipping instructions and address to send your
merchandise.

Pack the parts carefully to
avoid any damage during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton
to ship the parts back to us (if possible, please use the carton that you
received the part in from us). Clearly print the RMA Number on the
outside of the shipping carton (not the actual merchandise packaging being
returned). Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping
labels to the product package itself, because we must return it to stock and
we can't re-sell a box that has been defaced.

We need the invoice number, or
better yet, a copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing when the
product was purchased. Please include this information with
merchandise you are returning. Returns will be assessed a $5
processing fee per RMA number. This fee will be deducted from the
amount credited to your credit card account, plus any applicable restocking
charges, typically 15% of purchase price.

All returns must be shipped
prepaid via UPS Ground - no collect shipments will be accepted. Please
insure the part for its full value to protect yourself against loss or
damage in transit.

Sorry, we can't accept returns
on product on Special Order items.

All return merchandise must
be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). If we determine that the part was shipped in error by our
warehouse, we will either issue a UPS Call Tag or make arrangements to refund the return shipping at published
UPS ground rates to your credit card. Please retain your shipping
receipts for proof of purchase.

If the merchandise return
requires shipment by truck, you must use the carrier we authorize on the RMA
number correspondence we send you. No bus shipments will be accepted.

Be sure you keep a record of
your UPS tracking number. We can't accept responsibility for
undelivered returns. You can track your return shipment with UPS
online at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Errors
We have made every attempt to ensure
that all product descriptions, pricing, graphics, illustrations and application
information is correct and thorough as possible to assist you in making the best
selection of merchandise to fit your needs. In the event that a product is
listed at an incorrect price due to an database error, incorrect pricing
or price increases received from our suppliers or distributors, we reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product at the incorrect price. All
illustrations and graphics contained on this Internet sight are for reference
only, and actual product shipped may vary from illustration.
Backorders
Occasionally, we are out-of-stock on
an item you may order from us. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify
you via e mail so that you may attempt to purchase the product elsewhere, or
pick place an order for an alternative product that will fit your
requirements. For your convenience, we do not maintain backorders on
unshipped products. Most out-of-stock situations pass quickly, so please
feel free to try ordering the product again at a later date.
Warranty
Warranty claims must be made before
the parts are installed, within thirty (30) days of purchase, and are subject to
the specific terms and conditions of each individual manufacturer. Due to
the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they are
installed or have been used. When it has been determined the part is
defective we will either replace it or offer you a refund. No refunds will
be given on shipping charges.
Anytime after the first thirty (30)
days of purchase, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the
manufacturer. Manufacturers warranties vary on each product and is subject
to change without notice.
WARNING:
Motorsports are dangerous. Racing and Safety Equipment products are sold
without warranty, expressed or implied unless specifically noted. No
warranty or representation is made as to this product's liability to protect the
user from any injury or death. The user assumes that risk.

warranty of fitness for a particular use or application. There is no
warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect

suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes
