The outer layer is manufactured using Alpinestars L&G and Ripstop fabrics to provide a tough durable outer shell capable of dealing with the stresses and strains of high level competition. The L&G fabric is made up with a mix of Nomex® and Carbon, which gives superior performance in fire resistance and helps to provide an ultra-lightweight product, whilst the Ripstop material helps provide greater breathability. • The mid layer, made from Nomex® felt, helps to provide a highly effective heat transfer protection barrier, while the Internal layer is designed to provide the driver with class leading comfort with a flat seam construction to improve comfort at pressure points and also improving the suits overall strength. ? The multi-panel construction is specifically designed to give the driver a better fit and feel with pre-curved arms and legs to improve comfort in the driving position. The suit has been ergonomically designed to provide the driver with the best possible feeling in and out of the car. ?
