To Use Our Online Store

Our site features a powerful
database that allows you quickly find the categories, brands and products you are
looking for. We have carefully organized our products into the main
categories that are listed in the left column on every page. Once
you made your selection the desired category, you will be immediately
taken to main catalog page for that category. Then select the
"Revised Search" drop down menu to select from the sub-categories.
In many cases, there are several sub-category levels designed to narrow
your search to only the products you are looking for.

You can perform a simple "Keyword" search
on the right hand column of the front page be simply typing a brief
description of the product part number and click on the green "Go" button
to enter our search engine. From there you can select from our
regular "Search" or "Advanced Search" links to further narrow your product
selection using our sophisticated search engine.

Our "Power Search" link on the upper right
hand column which will direct you to our most advanced search engine that
allows you to shop by manufacturer, keywords, categories, price, new
releases (or any combination) and more!
This will assist you in finding the products, brands and categories you are
looking for. Unlike many other sites, you will find not only the product
category or specific product you are looking for through continuous
product searches, but in many cases related products, accessories and replacement parts all on the
same page.

We utilize a system that
constantly rotates the products you will see featured in the "Hot Buys"
area on the home page, and in our "New Products" and "Featured Products"
showcases featured throughout the store. Simply hit the refresh
button on your browser on any page in our store to see a new set of
products each time! This allows us to showcase the largest selection
possible of exciting products to you.

any connection, but we strongly recommend the installation of either DSL, cable

Checking
Out & Finalizing Your Order

One you have selected all of your
merchandise, simply click on any of the "Checkout" links located in the upper
and lower red bars throughout the site, or any of the "Checkout" buttons
conveniently located in several areas. You will see the number of items
and total cost of your order displayed in the upper right hand column of each
page as you shop.

The first step is to review and
finalize your order on the shopping cart page. You can update quantity,
remove items, and apply any discount coupons you may have for your purchase.
Once you have completed this information, simply click on the "Checkout"
button.

You will be directed to log into
the Customer Sign-In page where you will set up your own exclusive personal
account in
our store where your shipping information is conveniently located for each
time you visit us. Your will set your own personal password and be asked
to confirm it. Don't worry about forgetting your password, simply click
on the "Forgot Your Password?" link when logging in and we
will instantly e mail it to you!

Please be sure to select the box
to subscribe to our mailing list where you will receive important new product
updates, exclusive discount coupons, and inside racing industry information!
Don't worry about SPAM, we never sell our e mail lists to other companies.
Once you have filled in the information click on the "Continue" button.

You will then set-up your Address Book for your
account. You can enter and store as
many shipping locations as you wish to make your return shopping visits more
convenient. The Address Book is accessed on a simple drop down menu each
time you go through the Checkout process. Once you put your
information in once, you will never have to do it again. You can also
add, edit or delete addresses at any time. Once you have entered this
information click on the "Continue" button.

The Shipping Summary page allows you to select
how you want your product shipped. The actual shipping costs* are listed
on the drop down menu to assist you in making your selection. You can
also note any comments about your order in the "Special Instructions" area.
Finally, select the payment method you prefer in the drop down menu at the
bottom of the page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover credit cards. We also accept E Checks and PayPal for your
orders. After selecting payment method click on the "Continue" button.

The billing information screen requires you to
enter the billing address that your credit card company has on file for
you. This is the address where your receive your monthly statement.
Failure to accurately enter this information will cause your credit card to be
declined. Please be very careful to input this information correctly.
When you have completed this step click on the "Continue" button.

The Payment Information page allows you input
any Gift Certificate numbers you wish to redeem, and to provide your payment
information. If you have a Gift Certificate, simply enter the number in
the designated area and click on the "Apply" button.

You will once again have the opportunity to
verify your billing information for accuracy. If you need to make any
changes simply click on the "Edit" button and make the necessary changes.

Carefully enter your payment information in the
designated areas. You select the expiration information from the drop
down menus. Once you have completed this information click on the
"Complete Order" button.

The order confirmation screen will give you
opportunity to view the Order Detail page by clicking on the "View" button.
The Order Detail page allows you to review and track your shipment. For
tracking information simply click on the "Track" button. You can also
review a previous order if you wish to re-order the same product from us
again. Simply click on the "Reorder" button and the product will
immediately be added to a new order. How's that for convenience?

Tracking information is entered as
soon as we receive it from our warehouses. Typically we receive this
information the following business day after you place your orders.
Simply click on the tracking number and you will be directed to UPS for
specific shipping information. Often there is multiple tracking numbers,
so you may wish to print the screen or write them down for your convenience to
track them online.

pitstopusa.com and you can track your shipment. Simply click the link
"Review Order Status and History" and click on the "Track" button. There
you will find the tracking information and status of your order. Simply
click on this number to track your shipment online, or call UPS at
1-800-PICK UPS.
